Terms of Service – KPSE

Term of Service

KPSE Technologies LLC

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the KPSE Technologies LLC website, training programs, educational content, consulting services, AI automation services, and related offerings.

By accessing our website, registering for a program, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

KPSE Technologies provides services that may include:

  • IT and information systems consulting;
  • AI automation consulting;
  • Workflow and business-process automation;
  • AI learning and workforce development;
  • Professional training and cohort programs;
  • Technology implementation and integration; and
  • Related educational and technology services.

Specific services may be subject to separate proposals, statements of work, enrollment agreements, contracts, or other written terms. If a separately executed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the executed agreement will govern to the extent of that conflict.

Training and Educational Programs

KPSE Technologies may offer live, virtual, self-paced, cohort-based, or blended educational programs.

Course descriptions, schedules, instructors, technologies, assignments, projects, and curriculum may be modified when reasonably necessary to maintain program quality, address technology changes, or improve educational delivery.

Students are responsible for meeting published technology requirements and maintaining appropriate access to the internet, computer equipment, software, and third-party platforms required for participation.

No Employment Guarantee

KPSE training programs are intended to develop knowledge, practical skills, and professional capabilities.

Enrollment, participation, completion, certificates, portfolio development, or other KPSE services do not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, contracts, clients, professional certification, or any particular career outcome.

Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors outside KPSE’s control.

AI Technology Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unexpected outputs.

Students, clients, and users are responsible for appropriately reviewing AI-generated information before relying on or implementing it.

KPSE does not represent that AI-generated output will always be accurate, complete, secure, legally compliant, or appropriate for a particular purpose.

AI should not be used as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.

Third-Party Platforms

KPSE programs and solutions may use third-party platforms, software, APIs, cloud services, and AI systems.

Availability, functionality, pricing, terms, features, and policies of third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may change without notice.

KPSE is not responsible for outages, discontinued features, account restrictions, data loss, policy changes, or other actions attributable to independent third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, KPSE Technologies owns or licenses the website content, curriculum, course materials, training documents, graphics, videos, presentations, lab exercises, workflows, templates, datasets, branding, and other materials made available through its services.

Materials are provided for authorized personal, educational, or contractual use only.

Users may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, publicly post, or create unauthorized derivative training programs from KPSE proprietary materials without written permission.

Student Projects and Portfolio Work

Students may retain ownership of original work they independently create, subject to any third-party rights and any KPSE materials incorporated into the project.

Students may display approved project work in professional portfolios provided that they do not disclose KPSE confidential materials, instructor materials designated as non-public, personal information, credentials, API keys, confidential business information, or information belonging to other students or clients.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use KPSE websites, systems, training environments, or services to engage in unlawful activity; compromise security; introduce malware; gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; harass others; infringe intellectual property rights; misrepresent their identity or work; distribute unauthorized course materials; or use training environments to attack real-world systems.

KPSE may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these requirements.

Academic Integrity

Students are expected to submit their own work unless collaboration is expressly authorized.

AI tools may be used when permitted by the applicable course requirements, but students remain responsible for understanding, verifying, explaining, and defending work they submit.

Misrepresentation, plagiarism, unauthorized sharing of assignments, or other academic misconduct may result in corrective action or removal from a program.

Fees, Payments and Refunds

Fees for paid programs and services are disclosed during registration, in an invoice, proposal, enrollment agreement, or other applicable documentation.

Payment and refund terms communicated for a specific program or engagement form part of the agreement between the participant or client and KPSE Technologies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, fees already earned for services performed are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

During consulting engagements or training activities, users may gain access to information designated as confidential.

Such information must not be disclosed or used for unauthorized purposes.

Clients should avoid providing sensitive or regulated information in training exercises unless specifically authorized under an appropriate written agreement.
